Clean-up Day 2003

Dive and Trek has traditionally has come up with the largest number of volunteers for the World Cleanup Day in the the Balayan Bay area. For the eight straight year it continues to do so with 214 volunteers trooping in to the resort as early as a day before this year's event.

Led by Ms. Winfred Omwakwe of Kenya, Ms. Earth International 2002, Laura Dunlap, Ms. Philippines 2003, and the other Ms. Philippines 2003 runner-ups, divers have once again shown that they are one with the whole world in protecting the environment.

Prior to arriving at Dive & Trek, Ms. Kenya and the Ms. Philippines winners were received by Batangas Governor Mandanas as well as Mayor Dolor of Bauan.

Join us to re-live this most exciting day in pictures.
